​Victory Place is a four (4) phase property in the South Mountain Village of Phoenix, providing a current total of 203 Permanent Supportive Housing Units. This 5 acre campus has been growing in the Valley since 2001. Phase I began with 12 SRO units and 70 Transitional Housing Beds, with Phase II bringing on 20 Studio Apartments shortly after in 2008. In 2011, Phase III was completed, and with it came 60 Efficiency Units and 15 one (1) bedrooms. This phase also brought additional support services to the campus including the Phoenix VA Healthcare for Homeless Veterans program, CBI navigators and introduced 15 Project-Based Department of Housing and Urban Development Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD VASH) Vouchers. Since then, the HUD VASH vouchers have increased, bringing more veteran assistance and services with it. 2016 saw the completion of Phase IV, which brought an additional 30 one (1) bedrooms, and 66 Efficiency Units. In 2017, CBI opened its first VA Support Services for Veterans Families program in the Phase I building providing rapid rehousing assistance and emergency housing when other VA grant programs are unavailable bringing a complete continuum of care for homeless veterans in Phoenix and the surrounding area. 

On-site amenities include access to VA Healthcare (referrals) and on-site Case Management, CBI navigators for veteran assistance and community resources, as well as an onsite weight room, T.V./Activities rooms (including pool table) computer/business access, and outdoor barbecue areas. The community continually hosts activities for residents including movie nights, BBQs and shared meals, Bingo, Dominoes and other fun events designed to bring the community together with veterans and staff.    

Future development plans include a Community Health Center for both on campus residents and neighboring veterans in need of primary and mental health care. 

The included units are income restricted and have potential program determining factors, including referral processes which must be met prior to lease signing. Restrictions vary from site to site, and unit to unit. Please inquire the specifics of each with the on-site Property Manager.
